Do my representatives pay anything?
Never. Executors, estate trustees, liquidators, attorneys and recipients are never charged to receive access to a Life Box left for them.
What happens if my payment fails after I die?
We don't delete an account because a card stopped working. When a verified death claim is in progress, destructive automated actions are frozen while the estate is handled.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your Life Box stays available until the end of the paid period, and you can export everything before you go.
